Collection and Use of Personal Information

iFive collects personal, privileged, and sensitive personal information from job applicants for the purpose of recruitment, employment, benefits administration, and post-employment processes. This information may include but is not limited to name, age, marital status, religious affiliation, SSS numbers, health records, employment history, or medical history/records. iFive may also use this information for marketing, internal publications on print and/or digital (including social media accounts of the Company) for recruitment and employee engagement.

Please note that the microsite in which the application form is placed, does not actually store any information submitted through application forms but are passed to a third-party applicant tracking system or ATS, called Zoho Recruit. Your personal information may be collected, used, and processed by all employees, officers, representatives, contractors, or agents connected with iFive. iFive will store your information for a period of ten (10) years, without prejudice to your rights to reasonable access to, upon demand, and correction of your personal information, as well as your right to lodge a complaint before the National Privacy Commission, under Section 16 of the Data Privacy Act.

iFive has implemented measures to protect the personal, privileged, and/or sensitive personal information you provide, in accordance with its privacy policy. However, iFive cannot guarantee the security of your personal information, and you acknowledge and agree that iFive shall not be responsible for any unauthorized access or disclosure of your personal information caused by iFive’s gross negligence.
